British actor, Henry Cavill gave an interview revealing how he
stays positive, explaining he keeps this list of 50 life lessons from an
80-year-old man.
“A
friend of mine sent me this text a long time ago, and it’s stuck with me ever
since. It’s 50 points, and it’s advice from an 80-year-old. And I try to read
through these points every day, good day or a bad day, especially on bad days,
it really, really helps, because it does bring things into perspective a lot.”
Here
are the 50 points of advice; which ones stand out and have the most meaning for
you? Incidentally, Cavill says he doesn’t know who actually wrote this list.
